Authors partnered with Meta's Fundamental AI Research (FAIR) and Reality Labs teams to produce "Inside the Lab: Building for the Metaverse with AI," one of the first digital-only AI research conferences, broadcast live to the world in February 2022.
Deep Relationships for Seamless Production
We work across multiple Meta projects forging connections between overlapping products and research initiatives. We had cultivated individual relationships with many of the 15 speakers and possess an intimate understanding of the projects they’re involved in—after all, we’re the ones tasked with telling those stories too. These longstanding relationships have proven invaluable, ensuring a seamless production process from presentations to pre-pros.
Inclusive Creative: From Marketing to Live Production
Our 3D and motion artists crafted the show theme, featuring a captivating wave symbolizing the fluidity of the FAIR and Lab teams. This approach facilitated seamless transitions and adherence to the former Meta brand guidelines in marketing materials. Additionally, we collaborated closely with each speaker to develop presentations, refine charts, and assist with camera and computer setup during pre-production.
